Good on the solos & smalls who see opportunity rather than threat, because the real change is happening in the market. The only question is when the regulations will either catch up to the market or become irrelevant.
I’d add, looking at the research & noting coast as a big reason people don’t hire lawyers, *hypothetically,* if someone offered a low cost, flat-fee service that had no evidence of consumer harm and a positive reception from both lawyers & consumers, isn’t that worth considering?
