My rainy Saturday afternoon produced this home made Almond Butter 🤤
3 cups almonds roasted at 350/10 min 1/4 cup honey, splash vanilla & 3 generous pinches of flake salt.
(In the food processor for like a thousand pulses over 2 hours & voila 🪄 )🤪
Next out of the kitchen is a rich roasted marrow bone compound butter. Level up your next ribeye or striploin with a dollop of this and a pinch of Vancouver Island's flake salt for unbelievable results.
