I have cancelled the order and the refund has been issued. Terrible experience @amazonIN. I still see extra charges on Amazon pay. The Cetaphil product was for Rs 558 and it shows Rs 627. I am not willing to pay any extra charges,get this sorted Asap #deliveryfail #extracharges

As a Prime member, I am extremely disappointed with the service. My order (Tracking ID: 164367417205) placed on Jan 7 promised same-day delivery. The delivery agent gave a missed call, falsely claimed I was unavailable, and rescheduled.
