Evening all. Just wondering if any of my followers teach BTEC Applied Science L2? @helentheroberts would love to hear from you as she also teaches it and it would be great to get a network together of colleagues to help and support each other. Please retweet. Thank you! π
Great session on averages and spread with some fantastic Biology teachers today for @Advanced_Maths in partnership with @theASE. I love that I lead the sessions but also come away having learned something and with new ideas and an increasing love of biology π

Dear Mogg
I'm due for another heroic visit to Ukraine. It'll foster huge goodwill for me amongst wavering supporters in Britain, so I will stand in fatigues next to a cannon, shaking hands with Zerinsky, just as Churchill appeared with the Archduke Ferdinand.

Make a stand, Paul. While we may be losing the "less/fewer", "myself/me" battles, surely we can hold out against "nucular". I mean there's a limit to how much butchering the English language can endure.
Proud to have represented @Habsmonmouth with a talk and panel @theASE Conference in Sheffield these last 2 days. It has been fulfilling, stimulating and inspiring to be a part of. Thank you to my headmaster @sh_dorman for allowing me to take partπ #ASEConf2023
Amazing time at @theASE conference in Sheffield. Loved presenting on maths in science with @ViciaScience, @BeaulieuBio and Marianne and the attendees were all enthusiastic and accepting of my ratio tables obsession!
I am a big of doing demonstrations when they can enthuse and enhance understanding, so it was good to see @ViciaScience and Ed Walsh give tips and facilitate discussions on how to do science demonstrations effectively. #ASEConf2023
Good #ASEChat special evening I think @cleverfiend Galvanizes me into getting my @theASE membership renewed instead of sitting in my hotel room staring at these from @RoboticalLtd who will be attending the Schools Exibition #ASEConf2023 and Primary Swap Shop with @SpringLearns
I will be at the @theASE Conference next week in Sheffield. Would be great to meet up with colleagues. I am involved in a panel on Thursday morning discussing practicals and giving a workshop on demos/novel expts on Friday for new teachers. Hope to see some of you there π
A highlight of my recent trip to Tanzania was visiting a school where I presented a copy of my ASE book published in the UK w Ed Walsh, Understanding Children's Ideas in Science. Looking forward to attending the ASE Conference in Jan. #ASE#ASEChat#NSTA#NSTA22#NSELA
