Well said, @Chris_Boardman and @BritishCycling. Channel 5’s “scourge of our streets” film is just unhelpful.
Enough tribalism & clickbait demonisation. Cyclists also walk. Pedestrians also drive. Some drivers even (gasp) cycle.
Let’s just make our streets work for all, agreed?

Cyclists aren’t the ‘scourge of the streets’. They are mothers, fathers, grandparents and children all doing their bit to make Britain a healthier, greener and more liveable place.
