A hot, smoky twist on an old classic is coming soon. We've been busy little bees, working away behind the scenes on bringing something new to you guys! And we're delighted to announce that it's sooo close. We're pretty excited for this one!
I’ve not gone a month over the last year where someone in Ireland hasn’t mentioned @WHITEMAUSU Peanut Rayu. So I bought a batch. Meat-free recommendations welcome.
@WHITEMAUSU Feeling very smug - finished last jar of peanut rayu this lunchtime (in a ham and coleslaw sandwich), only for the UPS guy to show up with 6 new jars an hour later. No new black bean for now - have been using it a lot more sparingly (neat it's like licking a battery).
Steamed glutinous rice with @HammondCharcute salami (was going to be Poon's wind-dried sausage till I saw this in the fridge), wild garlic and the umami bomb that is @WHITEMAUSU's black bean rayu.

@WHITEMAUSU produce a range of flavoursome sauces inspired by flavours from Japan, China and Korea that you can drizzle, dollop and dip. We've 3 options in stock at our Wanstead High St cafe: Black Bean Rayu, Peanut Rayu and Cashew Crunch - yum! 🍜
Sensational & very satisfying to "finish". Just thinking, if you find yourself free tmrw eve you may enjoy my Culinary Women quiz Sun 21 March 7pm. Prize of @WHITEMAUSU knockout Irish condiments. eventbrite.co.uk/e/sudis-big…
So I just BBQ’d some chicken breasts marinated in this @whitemausu Peanut Rayu. Have just been told that’s it’s the nicest-tasting chicken EVA! I may be kept on... 😎 @ Rochestown, Cork, Ireland instagram.com/p/CMnN6t2HnBS/…
