Sewage problems in River Roding, caused partly by illegal outfalls near Ilford, including in its tributary Alders Brook in Aldersbrook are in latest Private Eye.
I recently saw a big write-up for Redbridge Council's plans to transform the river - date 2005. They're talking still.
