A tempting trap for fast growing companies to fall into is the mindset that amount of headcount is what gets things done. Small teams, great individuals, high operational leverage...those are what get things done and what should stay at the forefront, even during fast scaling.

There’s much discussion of ransomware but there’s another growing risk businesses face: disinformation campaigns. This type of attack is cheaper, harder to protect against and often times legal. Read more via @axios from our recent client event. axios.com/disinformation-bus…

My favorite thing about software is how much we underestimate even the largest markets. The first 2-3X is all the people in need of a solution that just haven’t adopted one yet. But the next 10X is everyone that’ll be in the market as you lower the barriers or the world changes.

More relevant now than ever.
I see the need coming for large listed companies to have a new exec role crossing tech, marketing, finance a new type of #CIO less about tech ops and more about information ops. Companies will need tools like @blackbird_ai to help manage risks and attacks.

Looks like people handling cybersecurity and influence ops/disinfo are converging, am I right? Maybe: cybersecurity is about hacking systems, and disinfo is about hacking brains?
