UPDATED REINSTATEMENT NUMBERS!
The @USArmy COVID Reinstatement & Reconciliation Task Force (R2TF) has been working tirelessly, faithfully, and diligently to fulfill President Trump’s Executive Order. I have a Dream Team of amazing teammates who are laboring days, nights, holidays, and weekends to ensure we serve our fellow Warriors of Conscience well and return them to service with honors. The attached photo was taken a few months ago when we went fully operational, and we have since added more teammates. (I’ll post an updated photo soon.)
In keeping with our desire to provide full transparency, here are the latest numbers. As of 29 May 2026, almost 75% of the 311 Warriors with whom our R2TF has made positive contact are interested in reinstatement. That’s 229 and growing by the day! We also have 49 thus far who are interested in reconciliation, and we are thoroughly correcting their records so they can receive their @DeptVetAffairs benefits, have their honorable service properly documented, and move on with their lives. Of the 229 Warriors interested in reinstatement, we have already reinstated a total of 47, and there are 18 more who are about to ship to their first unit. We currently have 164 in the pipeline and that list is growing very quickly. Our 47 reinstatements are broken down by rank as follows: COL (1); LTC (1); CPT (2); 1LT (1); 2LT (1); CW5 (1); WO1 (1); SFC (2); SSG (3); SGT (7); SPC (22); PFC (3); PV2 (1); PVT (1).
Of note, nearly all of our reinstatements are coming back with a well-deserved promotion, so these ranks reflect their rank at separation.
We continue to methodically go through a list of more than 3,000 known Warriors of Conscience and we’re doing our level best to contact each and every one of them. We are contacted every week by Warriors who are not on our list, so if you or someone you know was separated as a result of the unlawfully implemented COVID policies, please give us an opportunity to bring you reinstatement or reconciliation. I was honored to speak on a CHD panel tonight about the reason(s) why we made the documentary, Duty to Disobey. One of the questions I was asked, by an anonymous attendee (of course), was for me to list examples of the backstabbing I, along with many others, experienced during the covid tyranny.
First, let's define "backstabbing." Backstabbing is the act of betraying someone's trust. It typically involves saying harmful things, spreading rumors, or undermining someone's efforts secretly—especially when that person is not present to defend themselves—while pretending to be their friend or loyal ally to their face.
While there are MANY examples, I think the most in-your-face one for me was when I received the response to my FOIA request, regarding MY individual religious accommodation request package, that was denied by Gen Webb (AETC/CC). Take a look at the video below. This is "transparency." This is "professional communication." This is "integrity.".....all FAILING!!!
The backstabbing became even more obvious when I obtained the unredacted version and read the blatant lies about me in order for them to justify the false narrative that the shots were safe and effective and in the government's best interest. The choreographed parroting that took place across the DoD was apparent.
The Covid years will be the darkest stain in our military history.

There was no licensed/authorized FDA covid vaccine when the DoD mandate was issued on 24 Aug 2021.
The only products available were Emergency Use Authorized (EUA) and therefore could NOT be mandated per LAW!

BLUF: Service members did not have access to any FDA licensed, labeled, authorized COVID 19 vax, as ordered by Secretary Austin.

🧵Case Update – Federal Lawsuit Status
My federal case has now progressed through the initial procedural stage, and the Court has granted the Government’s request for additional time to respond. I did not oppose the extension, as this is a routine step and confirms the case is moving forward on a standard litigation track.
The Department of Justice has formally appeared on behalf of the federal defendants and is now representing all parties, including General Dunn to the extent she is acting under federal authority (Title 10 & Title 32). This brings all defendants under a coordinated federal defense posture.
The Government’s next deadline to respond is June 11, 2026.
At this stage, the Government must evaluate its path:
• Defend the case on the merits
• Narrow the issues
• Or resolve the matter through compliance
For those following similar cases — this phase is important. It means the case is active, under full federal review, and being coordinated at the Department of Justice level.
