Dr. Prescott is an Associate Professor in Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine at the University of Michigan and a staff physician at the Ann Arbor VA Healthcare System. A true leader in her field, she serves as the co-chair of the international Surviving Sepsis Campaign Guidelines and lead for the Michigan Hospital Medicine Safety Consortium’s Sepsis Initiative. From the ICU to nationwide data research, Dr. Prescott’s groundbreaking work in sepsis care, COVID-19, and hospital performance metrics is transforming clinical practice and policy.
