If caught riding while above the legal limit, the potential penalties may include:
⏸️- Six months imprisonment
💷- An unlimited fine
🚫- Driving ban for at least one year, with three year ban if convicted twice in ten years

Safer Scooting in Sunderland🛴
Sunderland is the latest city in the UK to launch Zwings distinctive blue e-scooters. Zwings are working in collaboration with Sunderland City Council to run the Department of Transport (DfT) e-scooter trial in the city.

Sunderland’s e-scooter trial to continue with @Zwingsmobility takeover.
The operator was appointed by Sunderland City Council & will replace @rideneuron_ca’s familiar orange e-scooters with Zwings Sky Blue coloured ones from December.
