The national speed limit for an e-scooter is 15.5mph, however Ginger has taken that speed down to 12mph to support safety in #GreatYarmouthtrial. There's also slow zones, including one at the Market Place, ensuring the scooters automatically slow to walking speed. #SwitchToScoot

As with all trials, safety is important. Helmets are recommended when using an e-scooter & riders are advised to stay away from roads with speed limits above 40mph. #RideSafely #SwitchToScoot
