My first first author preprint from my PhD work is out today on arXiv! 😁@DrBrianPatton and I have developed an image-based method of aligning multichannel infinite-conjugate microscopes using a ray transfer matrix analysis model arxiv.org/abs/2307.04940

We hope this alignment method will be particularly useful for open-source microscopy systems which often have compact designs resulting in difficulties using traditional alignment methods, such as autocollimators and shear plates, or where additional hardware isn't available.
