Of all the asset management firms, Etica Capital Limited has built a truly reputable brand. 1. Their email communication is efficient, with prompt and professional responses. 2. Their WhatsApp support is responsive and reliable. 3. Their app is excellent; user-friendly, stable, and easy to navigate. 4. Deposits and withdrawals are seamless and hassle-free. 5. Their investment returns remain competitive within the market. 6.Their on-boarding procedure is simple and purely online. I am member of three different MMFs but I honestly don't know of another asset management firm that currently matches Etica's level of efficiency across all these areas.

Good old days
It is not Loreto Girls High School, it is Loreto High School, Limuru. If they are on strike, it is bad!!! Probably, they restricted the freedoms. My time you carried stuff on condition it fitted in your box and cabin. Home clothes, electronic, 2 visitings in a month& good food.

I’m glad social media companies are incentivising us to leave their apps. It’s as if they know I have tonnes of reading and writing to do.

And to be honest, in a world where data analysts and scientists are pressured to learn Python for data analytics, most businesses in East Africa run on Excel right now. Mastering it is not optional preparation. It is market fluency.

You know, I never understood why a makanga would stop the mat walk to this young lady on the road after asking her if she is going to ‘Githu’ several times and not get an answer simply a look in the car’s direction, but then after a few seconds of talking walk her to the vehicle, she boards and we’d depart… …until I started doing sales!

This ebola story reminded me that I was part of a team that built a Rapid Deployable Experts platform for the EAC. Experts of different diseases would be registered and in case of an outbreak, get deployed depending on nearest location and also upload reports after field work

... The second group is companies that are late to AI adoption and are now aggressively pushing employees to use AI, especially around productivity and performance, without fully understanding how AI can actually optimize their operations or workflows.
