I'll repeat. My Step mum lives in Glasgow high rise. It was mostly single parents and elderly, very peaceful..the odd druggie would appear and die or be removed...now as they leave it's all immigrants. ALL. Her upstairs neighbour died and an African family moved in. No carpets. Four of them thumping about it was really loud and they often thumped about seemingly all through the night too.
