I originally described what I saw as an in-progess paradigm shift in the late 2010s. I documented the impact that private fusion was having on the sector. Today, it is transformed. My view is that, alongside other factors, *mindset* is the most important driver in this shift.

Very excited about @ARIA_research! A wonderful initiative based on US ARPA-E (itself derived from DARPA). Scope for #fusionenergy to be included? I hope so - given enormous success seen in the US @ARPAE.
