@IndiGo6E customer service is pathetic and that I would say so with generosity. Assuming #AI will resolve customer grievance is an expensive mistake and the wait on the call is longer. When you treat customers badly, they will turn their back?

Every 2 days I get a call asking for 2 more days to resolve. And the worst part is the mail response is a copy paste of previous mail 2 days before.

It’s interesting to note the bad practices of @Swiggy and @SwiggyCares. If the way the customer is treated is bad, dealing the delivery partners is even worse. God bless this company @harshamjty
