I’m really disappointed. The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette is exactly the kind of lawless employer that @propublica should be investigating, not partnering with. Their journalists have been on strike for a year, and this is scabbing.

If you're going to make your employees wear branded jackets, don't make them pay for it. 👎 Fast food workers need unions too.
Discord post reading Hello @everyone, I want to notify that starting January 2024 you will only be allowed to wear Chick-fil-A branded jackets. Because of this corporate rule we will be offering all of you the opportunity to buy up to two Chick-fil-A jackets at a discounted price. The bluemound softshell jacket has an original price of $58 plus shipping and we will offer it at $32. The Knox fleece has an original price of $35 plus shipping and we will offer it at $20. Both of these jackets come in male & female sizes. This discount will run from December 11, 2023 through December 30, 2023 after that you will have to pay full price. Please notify a leader if you would like to buy one as we would need payment first and then we will place the order. Again I want to be very clear starting January 2024 you will not be allowed to wear jackets or sweaters that are not Chick-fil-A branded. Please give this a thumbs up to ensure that you understand the new policy change coming in 2024.

Wait until you find out that more than half of "stan pages" are on artist and performer payroll. I applied to one unknowingly. Very detailed process. The blind loyalty and obsessiveness is what makes people think that it's only stans when they actually get bonuses based on visibility. There are different levels to the positions. Just like an advertising agency. The ones who do it for free, are even sent merch and given tickets to appearances, etc. It's a system. Now more than ever.
