The Sheriff's Office publicly stated that a sergeant was knocked to the ground during my arrest. I dispute that characterization and believe the available video evidence will show what actually occurred.
Pima County Sheriff's Department if this is the case, what narrative are you all trying to spin? I'm not gonna be your fall guy..... Talk to the Sgt, he's actually pretty good at it.

Within the police report, the police referenced three report numbers and various “witnesses”. Alex has a right to face his accusers. He also has a right to defend himself. I hope that includes subpoenas to each person that made a false police report.This could get interesting…🍿

Last Monday was the first time I did a report in front of Nancy Guthrie’s house in 2 months and I had every right to do a report just like the other media. I respected the neighbors, I didn’t bother anyone, didn’t block the road, and sheriffs even drove by to say I was ok to stay there. I understand being critical, but I promise you I did t deserve to be arrested and have my name dragged through the mud.

I find it strange that 2 boys (16,17) were arrested in Scottsdale (2 hour drive from Tucson) just hours after Nancy went missing. The teens were to kidnap a couple for millions in bitcoin. They are from CA - only a couple hours from Derick Callellas home. 🤔

Under Arizona Public Records Law, A.R.S. § 39-121 et seq., I request copies of records from Jan. 1, 2023 to present concerning Sheriff Chris Nanos and any county-issued or county-paid phone, mobile device, internet account, or work device.
Please provide records showing:
Device assignment records for phones/devices issued to Sheriff Chris Nanos.
Usage logs, billing summaries, data usage records, and reimbursement records for those devices.
Policies governing employee/sheriff use of county phones, personal phones for county business, internet use, gambling, betting apps, and personal activity while on duty.
Any internal affairs, HR, disciplinary, reprimand, complaint, investigation, memo, email, or report referencing Chris Nanos and: gambling, sports betting, online betting, casino, sportsbook, FanDuel, DraftKings, BetMGM, Caesars, phone misuse, time theft, misuse of county equipment, or personal use while on duty.
Any records of discipline, counseling, reprimand, suspension, or corrective action involving Chris Nanos and phone/device/computer use.
Any communications between PCSD, Pima County HR, County Administration, or the Board of Supervisors about these topics.
If any portion is withheld, please identify the record, the legal basis for withholding, and provide all reasonably segregable non-exempt portions.
