There are more than 100,000 strokes in the UK each year. That's around one stroke every five minutes. But no two strokes are the same, which means there is no set pattern for recovering from one. Helpful to bring together local people to hear about the importance of stroke recovery services and to agree actions Iโll take to champion this vital support

There are two mobility ramps now in place on Southsea Beach, providing step-free access for those who need it.
The ramps - installed by @portsmouthtoday as it gears up for summer - can be found near Southsea Beach Cafรฉ and by the Pyramids.
ALT A wooden ramp going down Southsea Beach, allowing those on wheelchairs or with other mobility issues to go to the beach without having to navigate the pebbles.

This is so true, I constantly take notes now and have invested in an @remarkablepaper which then enables me to organise my notes into folders.
I set calendar reminders for everything and use Siri on my phone as a dictaphone.
I never try to remember anything as it adds pressure.
