This team had to overcome so many obstacles to arrive in Los Angeles. So many of these players were simply trying to survive a war few months back. They had to navigate a uniquely complicated geopolitical situation to even make it here. I am beyond proud of their resilience.

I will not vote for any Democrat that doesn't explicitly call for Israel to be sanctioned. This is non-negotiable.
BREAKING: Israeli settlers are burning down the villages of Deir Dibwan and Burqa in the West Bank. They set a mosque on fire, torched several vehicles, and poured gasoline on an elderly man in an attempt to burn him alive.

I have fought the neocons and warmongers in Washington for more than 25 years. Throughout, they have tried to silence, discredit, slander, and cancel me. Only recently, however, have they tried to deport me. At least, that appears to have been the aim of a hit piece in Bari Weiss’s The Free Press, which claimed that Marco Rubio’s State Department was “investigating” me for allegedly seeking to “undermine the U.S.”—presumably because of my opposition to war with Iran. Yet just hours later, the State Department issued a statement to reporters clarifying that “the State Department has no plans to revoke the green card of Mr. Parsi at this time.” Nor did it provide any confirmation for the central premise of the Free Press story—that an investigation of me existed in the first place. So here’s what I think happened. Read the full piece on my Substack: tritaparsi.substack.com/p/so…

Literally all the gentrification has stripped trees form spaces which ups the heat index every year. They keep putting pavement places and have no plans to decimate heat returns from it. Piss poor URBAN planning.

⭕️ The State Department has launched an investigation of Trita Parsi, co-founder of the Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft and the National Iranian-American Council (NIAC), and could seek to deport him, according to U.S. officials and documents reviewed by The Free Press. Parsi, who holds a green card, is one of the most prominent U.S.-based critics of the war with Iran. He was born in Iran, grew up in Sweden, has lived in the United States for over 25 years. A Trump administration official said Secretary of State Marco Rubio was taking “a hard look” at anyone whose work “furthers” the agenda of U.S. adversaries, invoking a provision of federal immigration law allowing the secretary of state to personally determine that a noncitizen’s presence compromises a “compelling U.S. foreign policy interest”—the same authority Rubio used in the ongoing effort to deport Columbia University protest leader Mahmoud Khalil. Quincy’s CEO told staff and donors in April that the think tank was retaining an immigration lawyer and preparing a writ of habeas corpus “to have at the ready” if Parsi were suddenly detained. The outlet that broke this story, The Free Press, has repeatedly published articles that amplify official pressure on critics of Israel, U.S. wars, and aggressive foreign policy, contributing to a chilling effect intended to deter others from speaking out.
Trita Parsi @tparsi, Executive Vice President of Quincy Institute, is reportedly being investigated by the U.S. Administration and may be in danger of being deported. I can only hope that is a scare tactic, or just fake news, bc not only would such an attempt to silence a critic of America's foolish war in Iran be unconstitutional, it would be incredibly foolish. Trita has been on our show many times, and has ALWAYS been a voice of reason, of intelligence, and perhaps most of all: pro-America. He is a genuine America-firster and all of his advice and critique has been centered on trying to convince the government to avoid policies that are harmful to us and to pursue policies from which we can benefit. We need more men like Trita Parsi in the national dialogue.

Got off at Edgewood Ave exit yesterday, and saw a digital “welcome to ATL. I’m Andre Dickens” sign. Turn right, and there’s 6 people in the street, going car to car, begging for $. Including a woman, in wheelchair, w/ 1 leg I’d like Dickens to focus on that. Not cheap signs.

🔺 Iran’s Foreign Ministry condemned the U.S. strikes on southern Iran as “savage attacks” and a “flagrant violation” of the UN Charter, carried out under the “pretext” of a downed Apache helicopter. It said Iran’s armed forces had exercised their legitimate right to self-defense by striking the U.S. bases in the region from which it said the attacks originated. The ministry warned Gulf states against allowing their territory to be used for attacks on Iran and called on the UN Security Council to hold the U.S. accountable.
🔺 Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued the following statement on the U.S. attacks: “In the early hours of Wednesday, June 10, 1405, under the pretext of the downing of one of its army’s Apache helicopters over the Strait of Hormuz, the American terrorist regime carried out savage attacks Monday night against several areas in the south of the country. These attacks are a flagrant violation of the United Nations Charter, particularly Article 2, Paragraph 4, and the fundamental principle prohibiting the use of force in international relations. With these aggressive actions, the ruling American establishment has once again demonstrated its criminal and warmongering nature. In response to the U.S. military aggression against Iran and the blatant violation of our country’s national sovereignty and territorial integrity, the powerful armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, exercising their legitimate right to self-defense, struck hard the American bases and assets in the region that were the source of these aggressions. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, while strongly condemning the American crime of military aggression against Iran, once again reminds all countries of the region, particularly those located on the southern shores of the Persian Gulf, of their legal and ethical responsibility to prevent the U.S. terrorist army and the Zionist regime from using their territory and facilities to plan, organize, execute, and support aggressive actions against Iran. It warns that the Islamic Republic of Iran will not hesitate to exercise its inherent right to self-defense, including by targeting the source of attacks as well as the bases and logistical facilities used to carry out and support aggressive operations against Iran. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran also once again reminds the United Nations of its responsibility, particularly the Security Council and the Secretary-General, to safeguard international peace and security and to hold the aggressor parties accountable.”

The USA is subjecting all the players from African and poor Asian countries to sniffer dogs and drug searches when they arrive in the USA and random searches at any time. All the White teams get a pass. The USA is such a racist hellhole, even worse than in the 1960s.

Netanyahu's political rivals are demanding a strong response against Iran and of course preparing to attack Netanyahu if he doesn't. But Bennett also seems to suggest that the Iranian strikes killed Israelis today, contrary to Israeli reports that all missiles were intercepted

🚨BREAKING: Israel has closed all crossings into Gaza and halted the entry of humanitarian aid following Iran’s retaliatory strikes on Israel, cutting off supplies to roughly 2 million Palestinians in the territory. Israel has imposed similar blanket closures during previous periods of regional escalation, including immediately after the outbreak of war in late February, collectively punishing Gaza’s civilian population.
Following the missile attacks launched by Iran against the State of Israel, a number of necessary security measures have been implemented, including the closure of the crossings into the Gaza Strip, among them the Kerem Shalom Crossing and the Rafah Crossing, until further notice. It should be emphasized that the closure of the crossings will not affect the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip. The substantial quantities of food that have entered the Strip since the beginning of the ceasefire significantly exceed the nutritional needs of the population, according to UN methodologies. COGAT will continue to maintain ongoing contact with the international community and will provide updates on any developments in accordance with the security situation assessment.
