Just spent 95 mins driving home from work. 16 mile journey. Average speed 12mph. Why so slow. The no. of cars on road, bad drivers blocking roads and traffic lights for road repairs. 20mph speed limit would be a luxury. Cyclists are not the issue but can be part of the solution.

The @Conservatives voted down anti-sewage measures.
Then they angrily denied they voted to allow sewage pollution.
Now a Conservative MP has reported a constituent to the police for ASKING them about sewage.
