Never thought I’d be pompous enough to do this—and few people will see it anyway—but, as I’ve just turned 30, here’s 30 thoughts that have improved my mindset.

Create all you want, but conserve the best of the best for yourself.
After years of freely providing esoteric content to the public and the behavior of some, I've come to understand the Bible passage, "Do not give what is holy to the dogs; nor cast your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you in pieces."

It’s the obsession with change that ruins us
The average man lives a shallow, uninspired, and depressing life. They want to change, but inevitably fall into their old ways. A thread on permanent change:

Everyone should have protocols for reducing stress in “real time”. The most effective (fast and physiologically supported) protocol is a “physiological sigh”: 2 back-to-back inhales via the nose to maximum lung inflation, followed by full exhale to lungs empty (via the mouth).

This is an insane video 🤯 Man skiing down the mountain randomly sees a snowboarder buried face down in the snow. Stops. Digs him out. Saves his life. Wow.

Improving the world, as I see it, has two major turning parts. Fix these and you fix everything: 1. Biological (Hormonal) Restoration. Return man to the testosterone levels that he was designed to carry. (Sounds cringe as fuck UNTIL you realise that testosterone levels directly correlate with right leaning political worldviews. Why is that important? From a political standpoint alone. - free-market capitalism - less government intervention, empowerment of citizens (less taxes) - tradition, heritage, culture, social cohesion Physically: Raising testosterone averages equal decreasing mental illness. = happier societies in ADDITION to the above. The problem: Our bodies are organic machines that thrive best when in an environments compatible with our design. Modern society has disrupted the harmony between our bodies and the world. There is a fundamental misalignment at play. We fix this by: - getting rid of endocrine disruptors that cuck us - fuck plastic off, create sustainable, cheap, and hormone-friendly materials - restoring nutrients to the soil - educate on and make widely available affordable diets that don’t cuck us - make processed foods, refined sugar, alcohol, unpopular - hold physical fitness as a major cornerstone of education - put tren in the water supply - make regular hormone check-ups as normal as going to the dentists - TRT clinics everywhere and popular 2. Spiritual (Vibrational) Growth No matter what kind of earthly work is done to improve humanity, it will be lacking, insufficient, and incomplete, if not paired alongside an effort to raise consciousness. IQ levels (and this is a controversial problem to address) must be increased. Necessary for self-reflection. Awareness must be increased. Ignorance must be defeated. Truth must be revealed. Gimme a minute on this one… SOON #LAMBROS

I don't believe in the opposition between extraversion and introversion. Introversion and extroversion are social constructs and self-limiting beliefs. For many reasons. 🔽
