Excellent progressive loading program
Nice thread. We followed a triple jumper with PTendinopathy that had previous eccentrics dry needling but couldn’t do a small hop on two legs without significant pain. Took 5 months to get to the stage of completing a triple jump. Only felt ‘pain free’ around April (7 months!)

Laziness is to blame with some...can’t be bothered to give the most EB Rx in some instances as it may involve challenging patient beliefs I.e that exercise needed and not passive Rx’s (a convo they don’t want to have)...1/2
