We note that the Council has not published any Race Equality Impact Assessment on its website to determine how this new policy would affect parents in Black and Ethnic communities who have their children removed and placed into the care system.
Same happened to Timothy Adeoye. Went missing when he was 13. No safeguarding, no help, no support. 5 years later he killed another person. Now serving life in prison. Society is the loser.
