Former DEVGRU Silver Squadron operator Senior Chief Andrew āSullyā Sullivan. A man whose career reads like a list most warriors couldnāt imagine in their lifetime. Sully enlisted in the Navy after watching the events of September 11, 2001 unfold on television. He graduated BUD/S, served 6 years at SEAL Team Two, and was then selected into Naval Special Warfare Development Group (DEVGRU / SEAL Team Six), Americaās Tier 1 maritime special mission unit, where he spent 11 more years chasing high value targets and running hostage rescue missions around the world. At DEVGRU, he served as a Team Leader for a 24 man counter terrorism element. Medically retired in 2020 after nearly two decades in Special Operations. His awards include the Silver Star, two Bronze Stars with Valor, a Purple Heart, six Joint Service Commendations with Valor, two Navy and Marine Corps Commendations with Valor, and three Presidential Unit Citations. Today he leads BlueForce Strategic Action Group and the Community First Project, bringing that same warrior ethos to law enforcement, veterans, and first responders.
