This Memorandum of Understanding signals the permanent end of our strike, @mcgillu's dropping of its legal cases to undo our certification & its ceasing to object to the certification of @AMPE_AMPE & AMPFA. The 3 unions created a confederation of all McGill faculty unions.

Following our agreement with @mcgillu, @AMPL_AMPD , & AMPFA: #McGill has officially dropped its challenge to our certification before the Quebec labour tribunal. We expect to be certified imminently. Thanks especially to AMPL and everyone who has helped make this happen!
