Seems Like this is too ovious for CardioX. Today I echoed the patient. Normal EF. No scar. The emergency doc responded quickly and we thankfully could manage the Thrombus without problem
Sorry for 50mm but it’s the ecg from the ambulance. Yes we found a large thrombus at LAD/Diagonal bifurcation. After heparin administration (already in ambulance) the ecg changes decreased and we already found TIMI III but still large thrombus at the bifurcation.
