I’m obviously love the Pacers, but there is NO place for plays like this in basketball man. Nesmith should be ashamed.

So unnecessary. It may be well-meaning to someone who has a hard time with Father's Day, but it's alienating to those of us who intend to celebrate.

For instance, the New York Yankees just lifted their long-time ban on facial hair. Should schools or employers restrict personal grooming, dress, or other ways that we present ourselves?

Here's an idea about what to do with the "school choice" voucher plan: @GovAbbott & co. can send public money to fund private institutions, but those institutions must be subject to STAAR, accountability ratings, and TEA oversight, just like every other publicly-funded school

From what I've read on the Bluebonnet OER curriculum, the Biblical content itself doesn't trouble me. I'm much more concerned about the bait-and-switch that will increase student funding if you adopt it. This is such hypocrisy from a state govt that objects to federal funding.

The most useful form of patience is persistence. Patience implies waiting for things to improve on their own. Persistence implies keeping your head down and continuing to work when things take longer than you expect.

Teaching is incredibly hard today, but so was living off of $800/month in 1999. Not minimizing anyone's experience by saying it has always been harder than ever.
