Yes, for providing HIS (Black's) rifle to Kyle on or about 25 August, 2020.
NOT for the purchase made months prior, in May. That would have been under Wisconsin Statute 941.2905 Straw Purchasing if Firearms.
Here is the charging document:

Now, @AverianBeachem, I gave you good advice to not use the biased media ... but you took it one step further, you uses Artificial Intelligence that used Facebook and the biased media.
Use your real intelligence, not artifici intelligence. That is good advice.
The Khindri's are 1st/2d generation immigrants trying to make it in America.
What did they do to deserve this done to their livelihood, what clothes and feeds them?
@ocologh ... followup question.
Check out the damage done by filthy rodents. Harmed everyone in Kenosha.
The filthy rodents that were part of the destruction shown are lowlife assholes. Do you agree?
x.com/i/status/1623122270863…
After all, this is the mayhem/destruction they brought. Looks like a targeted missile strike. Two days of lawlessness/criminal arson.
Vicious.
Created the perfect storm for death and destruction, didn't it?
Imagine, had they stopped after two nights...then only destruction.
The ignorance surrounding the Kyle Rittenhouse case should be studied for centuries.
That people are so misinformed and hateful goes to show how mass media can literally brainwash vast swaths of the population to believe anything.
Sorry, @MDFlash777, you are wrong again. Kyle wasn't pointing the rifle at Gaige. Kyle was pointing it downward when Gaige lowered his arms and points at Kyle. Perhaps Gaige saw an opportunity at that point.
Unfortunately ...
x.com/i/status/1628171388493…
…was trying to neutralise the situation and pointed a gun only when it was pointed at him. He was justified in all his acts and yeah he was concerned but didn’t think he was innocent and acted in best of his knowledge.
And he’d right, a fucking 17 year old…
... for Gaige, Kyle made a quick, split second decision under heavy duress and skillfully disarmed him only when he posed imminent threat of death.
Gaige screwed up, big time.
Neither was Kyle pointing it around getting into shit. Nor was Kyle harrassing folk, that would be Gaige.
Here is the reciept:

Didn’t say that, simply put the entire situation he was right to point out how a 17 year old shouldn’t have in a situation like that.
He wasn’t pointing it around and then getting into shit, he was a medic who carried and used only when absolutely needed
Sorry for the quote tweet, the OP blocked me ... apparantly he could 't handle the truth.
Pulling a Glock, chasing a legally armed indivudual down who is trying to get to police, and aiming at the individual IS escalating. Shame they didn't let Kyle get to the police w/out ...

Kyle was not a counter protestor. He was protecting what was left of the Khindri's business, a 1st/2d generation immigrant family just trying to make it in America.
Torching innocent folks businesses is
1/2
Why would they attack poor innocent Kyle? Could it have anything to do with the ASSAULT rifle he's holding? The one that was illegal for him to purchase (he was 17)?
I think it was fair to expect violence as a counter-protester in the middle of a protest; bringing a gun wasn't.
not protesting, it is evil and harms all. Never confuse criminal rioting with protesting.
Folk will protect community and themselves. If you do not like that, that is your problem.
Something else media didn't tell you ref CVS incident: Only action Kyle took was to call 911. Binger argued he 'fervently sought' to insert himself into the situation by calling 911.
Then at trial tells Kyle it is normal to call 911 vs putting out fires/when witnessing crimes.
And yes, Kyle did, in hindsight knowing what happened, said he never would have went.
Fact remains, it was his community as he had a secondary residence there, family there, job there, friends there, and spent much time there.
And that he justigiably defended himself.
When someone threatens your life if they get you alone, then targets you and chases you down when you are alone ... you know that person is a peice of shit.
I’m not defending anyone. Especially a pedo. But Rittenhouse had no idea that guy was a piece of shit. And, no, he wasn’t supposed to be there. He’s not a citizen of Kenosha
LMAO, Jonesin says he cannot be racist because he has black friends he plays pool with.
Jonesin, who also is the tough guy who stalks a woman online.
A real class act.
No it doesn’t. For you to bring racism into this conversation. You are racist yourself. So have you looked into mirror about that?
I don’t explain myself to you. In fact the pool team I shoot on is mostly black. If I was a racist? Don’t you think that I would not be on tht team
The lawmakers explained the law very well in the bill that failed to amend the exception to mean only when hunting (as it very clearly did not have that element).
The judge laid out clear guidelines after careful thought and understanding of the statute.
Defense understood ...
... the law very well and explained it very clearly and understandably.
The Judge laid out very clear parameters, based on the statute, of how the elements of the exception had to be met. He gave them to the prosecutor, and the prosecutor conceded.
...weapon applies. And the rifle/shotgun had to exceed an overall and barrel length.
Once those elements are met, he had to to be NOT in compliance with:
A. 29.304 (Kyle was 17, he was clearly in complaince)
and
B. 29.593 (Kyle was not hunting, clearly in compliance).
...
But, in Kyle's case, take your pick of which statute does not even matter because he had to be out of complaince with BOTH (again, understanding the simple term and).
A. Self defense is legal.
B. He had a secondary residence there, family, friends & a job there.
C. Courts opined Kyle carried legal, lawmakers agreed, prosecutor conceded. Note attempt to amend wording failed, validating worded/interpreted as intended.
x.com/another_poster/status/…
Exactly, and so is killing two unarmed people.
Rittenhouse was 17, illegally armed under WI law (§948.60), and inserted himself into chaos he wasn’t from.
The gun charge was dropped on a wording loophole, not innocence.
‘Self-defense’ doesn’t erase reckless choices.
