Update on @superhuman. Been a few weeks and the beachball is gone. I’m back to having what I think is the most powerful application I use every day. If you spend most of your day looking at an inbox, I do recommend it. My frustrating experience with performance notwithstanding.

I switched to @superhuman a while back and fell in love with the product. It changed my work-life. But for the last month, when I go to create a new message, I get a beachball that halts my flow for up to a minute. They instantly went from being the fastest solution to the worst.

All of these are @superhuman locking up on me. Reported 1 month ago to their support team. Still no fix.

Whenever you order delivery, a restaurant pays a price. It's the kind of transformation that transformed airlines, hotels, and others, and it's both fascinating and frightening. Give it a read.

I spent more months than I would have thought on this. Super excited about how fantastic the product is and that it launches today!

While eating at @VisitTheMarket eating food I purchased here, bar keep informs me I must move for bar customers. ZERO other customers at bar at that moment. I have spent $1500 eating here, but how about I just eat elsewhere? #loyaltyMatters #thanx
