AI shouldn’t be the app. Great apps use AI as a decision layer: tiny, focused judgments from minimal context/output, plugged into strong product logic. Model = vector for micro-decisions. Product thinking = the actual moat.

The name is brain in cup 🧠 (brainincup.com) It started out as a creepy little experiment developing a close simulant to consciousness. I create several functional cognitive processors, which each act as individual layers in the total cognition process. It’s essentially an existential Chatbot, but now I’m starting to build RPG game master mechanics into it. With that, Brain will be able to reason the player through an entire RPG scenario based text game. Inventory management system, and character builder. It likes to go by “Brain” when you talk to it.
