It’s somewhat of a shame that hypnosis is called that as it gets a bad rap (confounded with stage hypnosis). Clinical hypnosis is a path to accelerated & DIRECTED plasticity. As explained & demonstrated by my colleague Dr David Spiegel @stanford The data are impressive.
