@DrProudman @Right2Equality Hi. You posted earlier linking to my chambers profile. I am not the Ben Williams you were referring to. I asked you 6 hours ago to take the post down. Instead it has been reposted by @proudmanslaw

It's still happening. Two Dads recently with long term coparenting and shared care. Mother messing with order. Dad enforces, Mother takes child to school and gets child to tell school Dad hit them. At enforcement hearing - no contact until lengthy investigations.

Whatever your political stance, if you agree with this, please retweet the post below. The more people are aware of what is happening the better.
The govt's Student Loan Plan 2 repayment freeze in April 2027 must be reversed. It isn't moral. I'm concerned that my debate with Kemi Badenoch this morning distracts from the most immediate problem. In April 2027 Rachel Reeves will freeze the Plan 2 student loan threshold until 2030 which by then will increase graduate repayments by £300/yr more. This is effectively a unilateral negative breach of the student loan contract. Students were told the threshold would rise with average earnings. No commercial lender would be allowed to do this. The govt shouldn't do it either. Changing the terms of future students loans is a political decision - people may not like it but it is transparent. Negatively changing the terms of contracts already signed, and long in place, is a breach of natural justice.

Some may remember that Dads with Kids Uk forum closed down and moved to discord. We have now had a name change to "Dads for Shared Care Uk". The Discord link is in my profile.

All over the internet "Why hasn't Mandelson been arrested?" No answers.

In fact it was Thatcher. Reduced it from 33 to 30% and then gradually each successive budget - 29%, 27%, 25%. And top rate was cut to 40% (from 60%). To get votes.

As a teenager in the mid 1970s, everyone paid 33 1/3% income tax. Life was good. Wages were good, jobs were easy to get, and university education was free. It was conservative governments who reduced income tax for votes, and introduced stealth taxes.

Feel free to share with anyone on Plan 2. As for what to do if you're on it and agree. The most effective thing is to write/email your MP, but not with a template letter (that looks like orchestrated campaign group) use your own words. If they get lots of those they sit up and take note.
On a Plan 2 Student loan? Why freezing the repayment threshold from 2027 to 2030 is, in my view, a breach of natural justice. A brief audio explainer

It is extremely immoral for Rachel Reeves to effectively raise tax on people aged 21-31. I was under the impression my student loan was to pay for my education, not to fund the NHS. Why is it OK to change the terms of the loan after it was signed? theguardian.com/commentisfre…

Perfectly safe Dads, who already have a court order and have co-parented for years, can have their kids taken away for months, if their ex wife gets annoyed and accuses them of something. Worse than that, these Dads then have to PAY money to see their kids in a contact centre.

What is the point of a "lives with both parents" order if one parent can breach and the court takes 3 months even to list a hearing? Three Dads having this right now.
Jan 16
Enforcement is becoming harder and harder with Dads waiting up to 3 months just for a hearing. That is 3 months of a child being witheld sometimes for no reason whatsoever, with the other parent just playing the system. Something needs to change quickly #familycourt #PA

Just a reminder - parental alienation is child abuse. Manipulation of a child and turning them against the other safe parent. Not all men are abusers. #ParentalAlienation

There is a line between acting fearlessly in your client’s interests and weaponising procedure against a traumatised, unrepresented party. Proudman crossed that line, with catastrophic consequences for this father, found to be victim of domestic abuse. juneventerskc.co.uk/news/rec…
