No you don't. By shutting down almost all the sales to adults you're just turning over the market to crime which doesn't card. Your youth vaping rate will rise and your adult smoking rate will rise. As is already happening. Your country already is the example of what not to do.

Your new laws do not put kids first at all. Adult only shops are a far better solution than turning the majority of the market over to crime and the black market which doesn't care about age. A regulated adult market has an incentive to keep vapes away from children. #yourafool

Based on my own observations, vaping now appears to be far more popular than smoking cigarettes, it's also much cleaner with no need for ashtrays, or the smell of cigarette smoke. This ban is going to really screw with millions of people that have used vaping as a way to stop smoking. Of course, the Government doesn't care about people's health, they care about the tax revenue they are missing out on, and will happily force nicotine addicts to return to smoking cigarettes at exorbitant prices.

I'm pretty firm on retaining the government as an independent umpire. I'm a Friedman libertarian.
But what we have is the TGA is just a mouthpiece for pharmaceutical companies providing >90% of funding for a government department.
Both options can't co-exist.
