Well, true, actually seeing the development works from 2012 actually, maybe in the last 15 yrs it's been inaugurated some 5 time, yet still incomplete in 2026
by the time this gets completed, it will be declared as UN heritage site

🚨 South Western Railway has cancelled, partially cancelled, diverted, rescheduled & regulated several train services from June 16 due to yard remodelling & major safety upgrade works at KSR Bengaluru City station.
"The project will enable simultaneous reception & dispatch of trains on the Bengaluru Cantonment grid, extend Platform 7 from 460 metres to 600 metres to accommodate full-length trains, provide a non-platform line for freight train operations, improve signalling for simultaneous train movements towards Mysuru & Bengaluru Cantonment, and upgrade existing Solid State Interlocking (SSI) system to Electronic Interlocking (EI), enhancing operational efficiency and safety" : @SWRRLY
