Get out of the office, engage with civil society, academia etc. Permanent Secretaries should also encourage staff to find out what's happening in other Ministries and find opportunities for collaboration. We need to move past the old ways of working. #Fiji

All TELS debt (excluding in service training) to a tune of $650million, owed by 53,725 students who had studied under the TELS scheme is now written off and none of these 53,725 TELS recipients and their parents and guardians will have to pay a single cent back to the Government.

I often feel like we miss the mark with the generations after us. We need to integrate their voice better into our decision making. We fight hard for gender diversity, I believe we need to add age diversity in there too.
