The interpretation of behavior into the abstract, and non-universal labels, of emotions is governed by a culture-induced framework in each mind, but subjective to individual persons. We mistake human emotions as universal objective, but only the physiological apparatus is so.

Thesis: Neurological performance and speed is associated with lower body fat. Faculties of judgment, less logic but good instinct associated with high body fat. “The power of the gut”. Different physiologies tend to their strengths (brain vs judgment) for survival.

In pre adolescence (7-13), we develop “emotional hues” from our social interactions. These forever color our self narratives and perceptions. Those same emotional hues we carry as ossified legacies through life. Unless we somehow unwrapped them and rewire.
