Plus the following, approved by the ACA, would vanish: (1) FDA authority to approve drugs called biosimilars--which thousands of patients are now on; (2) the sunshine database of drug/device co payments to doctors; (3) Medicare/Medicaid Innovation Ctr (h/t @sam_baker)

If upheld, the ruling by a Texas judge would throw out the ACA's pre-existing condition protections. It would also throw out the Medicaid expansion, premium subsidies, and coverage up to age 26. These measures have lowered the number of people uninsured by 20 million.

We found incredible similarities, lessons learned from the local #Seattle industry to our work in #healthcare innovation x.com/chasedave/status/10010…
Craft brewers are marker of community on the rise (per @JamesFallows/ @FallowsDeb in Our Towns). Craft brewers' radical openness/collaboration is also an inspiration for doctors & the broader healthcare system. Like the Fallows' book, most are missing this facet of hc reinvention
