Can anyone give me an example of hyperbole?
Class: *stares blankly*
Does anyone know a “your mom” joke?
Class: *thirty hands shoot up in the air*
Please write and share an example of hyperbole in your notes.
Class: *Four minutes of furious writing and laughter ensues*

The kids had a good time today reading and discussing the dinner table (aka the fight scene) in The Miracle Worker. It is such a great whole class experience to read together.
