Remember when you were a kid and the most annoying kids did that thing where they repeated everything you said in a mocking whining tone? They'd follow you repeating everything you said and moving in an exaggerated mimic of your movements. It was annoying as hell and the more frustrated you became about it the worse the mimicry got. Until you exploded at them. Men who pretend to be women are just like those kids. That's all they're doing. Third rate mimicry. I can't work out why anybody is taking them seriously instead of telling them to knock it off. They're all the kids who stood around watching and laughing at the kid being mocked, aren't they?

Good point. Assuming there's no operational necessity (how could there be?) this can only be about giving trans-identifying male officers something they want. If there are any male officers who want to be allowed to search women, they should not be indulged, but sacked.
