Oh. So. It's not just algae that's a problem. The Reflecting Pool is now leaking worse than it ever has (which was the reason Trump used to justify this entire project....the leaks) AND it appears the state of the art filter Obama had installed was not re-installed, hence, the algae in just 2 days instead of weeks/months with the filter.
