One of our institutional clients told us they are proformaing to backfill some space close to 70 psf. Few yrs ago that was $40 ( psf net ) space
Overheard in a national retail investor’s boardroom:
We have never had less vacancy.
We have never had more tenants renew early.
We have never had higher increases in renewals, ever.

I was handed a nfc & qr business card by residential agent recently.
I tapped the NFC; it didn’t work.
So I used the camera to scan the QR code, it took me to a page where I had to watch an ad in order to get the agent’s contact info.

What do you do when someone hands you a business card these days?
Does card stock matter or do you throw it away so fast it doesn’t matter?
Shouldn’t they just have a QR code so the info just gets straight into an iPhone?

I wrote an op ed for the @nationalpost today to say this plainly: Jewish Canadians are being targeted simply because they are Jewish. That is antisemitism. And it is getting worse.
