⚠️Two men are accused of r-ping a 15YO girl at the National Gallery of Scotland. Saif Rahman, 32, and Ibrahim Zarifkhel, 26, are charged separately for attacking the girl at the arts venue on The Mound in Edinburgh in July 2024. At a hearing today, only Rahman was in the dock- his lawyer entering a not guilty plea. Zarifkhel's lawyer said he was not present and had no instructions from him, adding despite "repeated efforts" he has "never been in touch". Judge Douglas Brown granted a warrant for his arrest. Another hearing is due in May and no trial fixed.
