Have had an poor evening with United Airlines online. Had a flight cancelled in Dublin last week & trying to get a refund for additional expenses incurred. Am a platinum traveller on Delta, & I am not used to this PITA stuff. Does anyone have a better way to contact United? Thx.

So here is a really useful Employee Feedback Tool from a client.   Supervisors meet every 90 days for a focused conversation re: performance.  I really like this for 3 reasons… Nice work, GATR!

The reasons I like it are: 1) Easy for supervisor to fill out prior to session & scores are easy to understand 2) Company core values are the first part  3) Employees that have achieved a certain level of performance can fill one out in advance & compare scores with supervisor
