@ChaseSupport today I received an email from Chase telling me that my travel credit points won't be refunded because they expired. However, on the numerous occasions I called in, I was told different stories every time. First, the airlines changed our flights.

One layover to 2 layovers and totally different dates! So, we called in to cancel in Sept 2020 with COVID looming as well. Then, they told us we had until Sept 2021 to use our credits. We then called in June 2021 to rebook flights and were told we could book October flights!

@ChaseSupport It's been over a year since I first inquired about refunding our flights to Oaxaca in Oct 2020. I've been on the phone for hours. Each time it ends with you telling me you'll be emailing me back to let me know what Aeromexico decides. Every time I receive no email.

#WhenRemoteWorks @SlackHQ I now save 10 hours a week by not commuting 🚌, cook my own meals at home 🥗 and have my favorite coworker next to me 🐕. WFH means a living healthier and more sustainable lifestyle.
