Back when i was a gloomy teenager i started smiling as a habit cause i thought it would trick my brain into releasing happiness hormones, it didn’t work but it made me look more friendly and thus people approached me more which was what ultimately lifted up my mood.
how do i survive as someone who doesn’t believe in hard work, is ugly to most people, unconcered with societal ideals of success. thinks life should be easy and fun, and is lazy. genuinely
thats bc in the past bread came from bread trees, which naturally didn't contain gluten, but then humans killed the mammoths (the pollinators of bread trees) and the bread trees became extinct as a consequence, so humans had to start baking their own bread (which contains gluten)
