@JetBlue luggage gets delayed. I get that. That was yesterday. Getting told that its out for delivery and we’re 5 hours past your delivery time without any updates is not making us happy campers.

Because no-one asked: I've twice had my managers explicitly state this to me during performance reviews. Not at my current job, but once in Denmark, and once in Iceland. I was surprised the first time, but I appreciated the honesty.
