It took OVER a year to reach ONLY 1K Subscribers
Here is why I would NOT change anything
I started the XR AI Spotlight video series over a year ago and posted one in-depth interview almost every week. Finding great guests, preparing solid questions, recording the interviews, editing episodes, creating compelling intros, thumbnails, and titles, and publishing on various platforms is a massive undertaking.
Honestly, the beginning was tough. I got barely any views, and the overall production felt very rough.
But then I asked myself: why am I doing this at all?
The answer was simple and feels even truer today. The internet and social media are flooded with clickbaity headlines and superficial content, and I was struggling to find the good stuff.
So I kept going. I optimized my workflow, built a simple yet recognizable brand for XR AI Spotlight to give it a clearer identity, and most importantly I stopped caring about numbers.
Creating a stage for the best in the industry to share their journey and experiences made every conversation a personal learning experience and allowed me to ask the tough questions very few are asking.
I might sound pretentious but I firmly believe there aren’t other shows that:
- Skip all the bullshit and go directly to the point
- Have a high production value
- Go in-depth to understand where XR and AI are going
1K Subscribers are not many, but I am proud of what I put out EVERY week and that is what truly matters.
