@laura_t19 class did some cookie and muffin baking yesterday. Students used their fraction learning to figure out measurements in the recipe. They did such a great job baking, cleaning and washing and the recipes were yummy! @CaradocPS @TVDSB_STEM @TVDSB

We need to teach math language/vocabulary to all Ss as if they have never heard of it before.
Why?
One needs to interact with a word 24 times (approx) before it becomes part their vocabulary.
90% of math language/vocabulary is not used/heard outside of math class.
